As a Corrective Exercise Specialist, personal trainer, Pilates teacher with human foundations knowledge, I have solid a understanding of anatomy, kinesiology, and biomechanics to address and fix movement compensations, postural distortions and imbalances.

My aim is to help people understand, their own body and improve the overall quality of movement during workouts and in everyday life.

With over 20 years of experience in the fitness industry, I have found muscle imbalance as one of the major problems with most clients. Many of us have lifestyles with sedentary desk jobs, long commuting times and poor work out techniques, that create muscle dysfunction. Muscle dysfunction can lead to injuries and long term problems over time, often making surgery unavoidable.

I analyse your movement patterns, identify over or under active muscle groups and compensations. Once the assessment process is over, I create programs that optimise your ability to move, perform exercises correctly, and reduce tissue tension caused by the load put on the body via training.

You will be able to move better leading to a variety of new exercises and take part in activities and sports you enjoy, and may have not been able otherwise.

I create and teach quality workouts that enable clients to learn each exercise by correcting faulty movement patterns or wrong techniques.

My goal is to make you feel amazing.

Cancellation policy

By booking an appointment, the client(s) is agreeing to the cancellation policy. Your time, as well as the trainer’s time, is important. Furthermore, this allows people awaiting appointments to be seen more promptly. Therefore, if you are unable to attend to your appointment, please give us 24-hour notice or a charge equal to the full appointment price will be liable to charge.

Sport and physical activity have been a defining part of my life since childhood. At just five years old, my parents enrolled me in swimming, and from that moment, sport has played a central role in shaping who I am today.

I began with swimming, then progressed into competitive sports including triathlon (swimming, cycling, running), duathlon (running, cycling, running), athletics, and road bike racing. I competed for over ten years, developing discipline, resilience, and a deep understanding of physical performance.
