My Professional Journey

I am a Corrective Exercise Specialist, Personal Trainer, Bodybuilding and Fitness Trainer, Mat and Reformer Pilates Teacher, Human Foundations Practitioner, and Level 4 RSPH Nutrition Advisor with over 23 years of experience in the health and fitness industry.

Before moving to England, I lived and worked in Hungary as a Personal Trainer and Bodybuilding & Fitness Coach, building a strong foundation in coaching, performance training, and physique development.

One of the greatest successes of my coaching career was in 2015, when one of my competitors achieved 3rd place at the World Championship in Dubai, organized by the INBA (International Natural Bodybuilding Association).

During this period, I also worked as a competition judge at the International Natural Bodybuilding Association (INBA) Federation, gaining valuable insight into elite-level physique standards and competition criteria.

I then spent 16 years living and working in England, including 6 years in Nottingham and 10 years in the Cotswolds, where I built extensive experience across a wide range of high-level fitness and wellness environments.

During these years, I worked together at:

  • Bannatyne’s
  • Bamford Wellness Spa
  • Soho Farmhouse
  • GLL (Greenwich Leisure Limited)

Where I ran several classes such as:

  • Pilates
  • Body Shaping
  • Kettlebell
  • TRX
  • HIIT
  • Core and Conditioning

As well as delivering Personal Training sessions.

I also worked together with Reformer Pilates Studios, including:

  • Body Fit Solutions
  • Triumph Reformer Pilates Centre

Alongside this, I was running my own:

  • Mobile Fitness & Pilates business
  • Home Pilates studio

About me

Sport and physical activity have been a defining part of my life since childhood. At just five years old, my parents enrolled me in swimming, and from that moment, sport has played a central role in shaping who I am today.

I began with swimming, then progressed into competitive sports including triathlon (swimming, cycling, running), duathlon (running, cycling, running), athletics, and road bike racing. I competed for over ten years, developing discipline, resilience, and a deep understanding of physical performance.

At the age of 17, I was introduced to weight training during an off-season preparation. It quickly became more than just training—it became my passion and lifestyle. I immediately knew that I wanted to become a Personal Trainer and work with people to help them achieve their goals.

After 12 years of consistent weight training, at the age of 29, I entered my first natural fitness competition. Around this time, I also began working with Zoltan Vegh fitness photographers.

One of the greatest successes of my coaching career came in 2015, when one of my competitors achieved 3rd place at the World Championship in Dubai, organized by the International Natural Bodybuilding Association (INBA). During this period, I was also working as a competition judge within the INBA Federation.

At the age of 32, I faced one of the most challenging periods of my life. My body began to break down, and I experienced significant pain—not only during training but in everyday life as well. Even simple movements, like turning in bed, would wake me due to discomfort.

At that point, I realized something was seriously wrong, and I had to take action. I completely stopped my gym training and shifted my focus to understanding the root cause of the problem.

I immersed myself in studying, research, and professional development, while working closely with an osteopath therapist to identify and correct the underlying issues. During this time, I became a Mat and Reformer Pilates teacher, Corrective Exercise Specialist, Human Foundations Practitioner, and Functional Training Specialist.

Through this journey, I developed a deep understanding of human biomechanics and anatomy—not only to rebuild my own body, but also to help others who are dealing with pain, injuries, or physical limitations.
