I analyse your movement patterns, identify over or under active muscle groups and compensations. Once the assessment process is over, I create programs that optimise your ability to move, perform exercises correctly, and reduce tissue tension caused by the load put on the body via training.
You will be able to move better leading to a variety of new exercises and take part in activities and sports you enjoy, and may have not been able otherwise.
I create and teach quality workouts that enable clients to learn each exercise by correcting faulty movement patterns or wrong techniques.
